Obtaining a 色中色 Transcript

NSHE (Nevada System of Higher Education) Electronic Transcript Requests

NSHE institutions that qualify for free electronic delivery are as follows:

• University of Nevada, Reno (UNR)
• University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV)
• College of Southern Nevada (CSN)
• Nevada State College (NSC)
• Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC)
• Western Nevada College (WNC)

NOTE: Free electronic transcripts can only be sent to undergraduate Admissions and Records.

Official Transcripts

In applying to another institution, you will need an Official transcript, which is stamped with the official 色中色 seal and signed by the Director of Admissions and Registrar.

色中色 has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order official transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
• Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.
• A student or former student having a delinquent account receivable or an overdue loan of any amount with any member institution of the NSHE shall not be permitted to receive a transcript of academic record, a diploma, a certificate or report of semester grades without entering into an institution approved payment plan. Upon entering into an approved payment plan, the institution shall release the requested record. Subsequent records requests shall be honored as long as the payment plan remains in good standing. Under any circumstances, a student or former student may inspect the records under the provisions of the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) 20 U.S.C. 1232(g), 34 CFR Part 99.

How much does it cost to order an official transcript?

色中色 does not charge for transcripts being sent to another NSHE institution. However, there is a cost to order and send transcripts to non-NSHE institutions. Those costs are described in the table below.

Additional Forms to Be Sent with a Transcript

If your order requires an additional form(s) to be attached to the transcript, please note "Transcript - Special Instructions" in the subject line of an email request to admissions@gbcnv.edu prior to submitting your request through the National Student Clearinghouse. The delivery method must be mail or pickup in person only, not electronic.
