色中色 and Myapps Portal

色中色 Self-Service Center

If you are a new student and have not enrolled into any classes yet, you will sign into your 色中色 Self-Service Center using your 10 Digit ID and temporary password provided. This information is emailed to the email used when applying to admission, within 24-48 hours.

• Your 10 Digit ID is also used to identify you and when resetting your password.
• Students will not receive a 色中色 email until enrolled into credit classes.
• Employees may use their 色中色 email right away for 色中色

Myapps Portal: Students and Employees

Once students enroll into credit classes, a 色中色 email will be provided to sign into your 色中色 & Myapps Portal.

• You will change your password for 色中色 & Myapps via RapidIdentiy.
• With assistance with retrieving your 色中色 student email and how to reset your RapidIdenity password, please review the Myapps guide.
• MFA (multi factor authentication) will be required when signing into most 色中色 Computer Accounts. Please review the full guide.
• New Employees may receive their 色中色 email during HR onboarding or from your respective department.

• Google Gmail (email)
• Canvas (Webcampus)
• Office 365
• Workday (only for employees)
• Aim (Accessible Learning)
• Library Databases
• Primo
• Zoom (only employees with active 色中色 account)

Please ensure to reset your default password by visiting or accessing it via the Myapps Portal. If you need your 色中色 email, please contact your respective department or contact the 色中色 helpdesk at 775-327-2170.

Your full 色中色 email will be your username for the myapps portal and initial password will be:

• The first three letters of your last name, with the first letter capitalized, followed by
• The first three letters of your first name, with the first letter capitalized, followed by
• Your birthday date and last two numbers of year

For example, if your name is Megan Reed and your birthday is March 6th 1999, then your initial password will be ReeMeg0699. Birthdays, such as the 6th that only contain one number, will contain a zero in front (06).
